Thanksgiving Foods, Reimagined

Well, after this weekend's sweet potato harvest, I guess I'll be in charge of making sweet potatoes for Thanksgiving this year! I'm also cataloging all the other things I'll need to start making...

If you have a favorite sweet potato recipe, send it my way! I'm going to need it.

Thanksgiving, Reimagined

Are you planning your Thanksgiving menu yet?

These recipes are a twist on tradition. Keeping the flavors from your Thanksgiving table you love and giving them a boost of freshness. They've become staples at our table, and I hope they become staples at yours.

Cranberry Orange Relish

Like canned cranberry, but less...canned? Fresh cranberries, a whole orange (rind and all!) and some sweetener, and you've got a fresh new favorite. Try it on turkey, or on a roll, or on both...at the same time. 🤯 Get the recipe here.

Health(ier) Sweet Potato Casserole

Calling it healthy miiiight be a stretch. That said, its definitely healthier than the loaded-with-sugar-topped-with-marshmallows version you had as a kid. And that crunchy topping...mmm. 😋 Get the recipe here.

Chili Roasted Brussel Sprouts

If you don't love brussel sprouts, start here. Then, once you're converted, try these chili roasted ones for a punch of flavor and spice that no one is expecting. Get the recipe here.

(While writing this I just had the genius idea to add some sweet potatoes to this. A little sweet, a little spicy? Mmmm!)

Pumpkin Pie Cupcakes

Like miniature, individual, pumpkin pies. Everyone gets their own! Plus, they're gluten free, grain free, and dairy free, so everyone can enjoy them. Get the recipe here.

What's your favorite thing to have at the Thanksgiving table? Send it my way - I'd love to try it!
